Podcasting is a great marketing tool that can be used to generate new business. Turn a conversation into content so your customers will always keep you top of mind. Become known as the expert in your field with our business package!
Meetings planned prior to recording will be used to discuss the plan for your show, naming, format, intro ideas, schedule, and other pertinent topics that will need to be discussed to ensure that your podcast will be amazing!
A custom intro and outro will be created specifically for your show, including theme music. The intro will describe what your show is all about to your listener in a succinct manner accompanied by your theme song. The outro will point the listener to important links as well as where to follow your company online. It will also include credits for the studio, engineer, and creator of the theme music.
Each episode will be recorded at our podcast studio in Naugatuck, CT using high quality recording tools. An engineer will be onsite to get things set up and monitor the sessions. 10 episodes will be 30-45 minutes in length and be split up into 4 recording sessions. Each episode will then be edited for fluidity, intro and outro will be added, and then mastered to ensure loudness at the industry standard of -16LUFs. A bonus trailer episode will also be included, which can be used to tease your show before it comes out.
Each episode will be uploaded on the predetermined schedule and frequency (weekly, biweekly, etc.).
Show notes will be written specifically for each episode to shortly sum up what the episode is about, as well as include any important links that were discussed during the show.
A video of your podcast recording will also be uploaded with each episode so that viewers will be able to watch each podcast episode on your YouTube channel.
Two audiograms will be created for each episode. An audiogram is about a 30 sec clip from the show that you can use for social media (IG, TikTok, etc.) as an advertisement to promote your podcast.
One week after the 10 episodes air, an analytics report will be sent to the customer to indicate the data of who is listening to the show. This data can be used to identify which episode topics were more popular and can be used to help plan your next season.
